    Mundoprints India – General Terms & Conditions

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Mundoprints Site ("Site"), hosted by Mundoprints India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

    By using the Site, you confirm that you are legally competent to contract under relevant local laws.

    Any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted on the Site are incorporated into these Terms.

    Mundoprints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

    Mundoprints may provide notices electronically via the Site or email. If you withdraw consent for electronic communication, you must discontinue use of your account.

    2. Eligibility

    Use of the Site is permitted only to individuals legally capable of contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

    Important Eligibility Requirements:

    • Minors, insolvents, or persons deemed "incompetent to contract" are not eligible
    • Transactions by minors must be conducted by legal guardians or parents

    Retaining, copying, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

    Logo/design tools use common elements (icons, fonts, colors). Mundoprints does not guarantee exclusivity of designs.

    Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their logos/designs do not infringe on third-party rights.

    4. Use of Site

    Clients may access and use the Site solely for preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services ("Products").

    You are responsible for ensuring your designs or uploads:

    • Do not infringe on third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy)
    • Are not unlawful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or offensive

    Mundoprints reserves the right to reject or terminate any order or account at its sole discretion.
