Yes! You can cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase as long as it hasn't shipped or entered production. Email support@mundoprints.in with your order number.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes — all approved returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup (where available).

How long do I have to request a return?

12 hours after delivery for immediate issues (print defects, wrong item, damage). Up to 7 days after delivery for quality issues noticed later.

What qualifies as a quality issue?

Quality issues include: Misprints, incorrect size/color compared to order, visible printing defects, damage during shipping, incorrect items sent. Just send a photo to support@mundoprints.in.

Can I return custom or personalized items?

Yes — if there is a quality or production issue. We will replace or refund these items for free.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return: You'll get a confirmation within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

What if my shipment is lost or damaged?

We will replace or refund your order completely. No customer should suffer for courier mistakes.
